CBSE has finally declared the CBSE NEET Result 2017. Candidates can easily check the CBSE NEET result 2017 from the official website of CBSE i.e., cbseresult.nic.in and CBSE NEET official portal cbseneet.nic.in
. The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has announced the result of near around 11,38,890 which is 70.58% more than what was in NEET-I, 2016 and 139.37% more than what was in NEET-II, 2016. NEET is a national level medical entrance exam organized to give admissions to candidates in MBBS and BDS courses in various govt. and Private Medical and Dental Colleges.

Around 10,90,085 students sit for this exam out of which only 6,11,539 have cleared the medical entrance exam which was conducted on May 7, 2017.
Of these, 3,45,313 and 2,66,221 were females and male aspirants respectively.
Navdeep Singh from Punjab got the 1st rank in all India level scoring 697 marks and 99.999908 percentile, while Archit Gupta got the 2nd ranked scoring 695 marks and 99.999725 percentile. Manish Mulchandani Male scoring 695 marks got the 3rd rank. The candidates who got second and third rank belongs to Madhya Pradesh.
The qualified candidates have to make further arrangement for the formalities with the particular counselling department that is Directorate General of Health Services, Medical Education Directorates of States, etc. for the procedure of admission in MBBS/BDS Programmes.
NEET-UG Seats categories
The admission to various medical colleges will be given on the basis of seat categories:
As the CBSE NEET Result 2017 has been declared today, the admissions in medical colleges will take place according to these categories
- All India Quota Seats
- Central Pool Quota Seats
- Management/State/ NRI Quota Seats in Private Dental/Medical/ Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University
- State Government Quota Seats
CBSE NEET Result 2017: 15% All India Quota Seats
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India will start the counselling registration process for 15% All India Quota seats as it was conducted a year back then. Candidates may go to the website www.mcc.nic.in for more details concerning cut off marks, etc.
Aspirants will submit application form for 15% All India Quota seats according to the guidelines of DGHS and Counselling process will only be there as long as there are available seats.
CBSE NEET Result 207: State Quota Seats
For State quota and other seats coming under the scope of States, candidates may submit an application to their domicile states. Merit list as per guidelines of state and based on AIR (All India Rank) will be set by the involved counselling department.
CBSE asserted that the counselling for Private Medical Colleges will also be done by the involved State Counselling department.

- Initially Go to the official website of CBSE NEET i.e., cbseresult.nic.in.
- Wait for the page to load, Now click on the tab for ‘CBSE NEET Result 2017’.
- Enter your basic information like registration no, DOB and verification captcha code.
- Click on the button for ‘SUBMIT’.
- The appearing window will display for CBSE NEET Result 2017.
- Check your result, Download it and take a printout of the same for future use.
